When you submit an enquiry form, we may collect your full name, phone number, email address if provided, project enquiry details, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, GCLID or advertising click identifiers, device, browser, technical information, IP address and date and time of submission.

We collect only the information required to respond to your property enquiry and improve enquiry handling. Separately, and even if you do not submit an enquiry form, this website automatically records limited anonymous interaction data as described in Section 7 below.

4. Contact Permission

By submitting an enquiry form, you authorize FOP Realty and its authorized sales/service partners to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email regarding your property enquiry.

5. Sharing of Information

Your enquiry information may be shared with authorized sales/service partners, project partners, developers or technology vendors only for enquiry handling, callback, site-visit coordination and related property assistance. Limited enquiry information is also shared, in hashed form, with advertising platforms to measure advertising results, as described in Section 7. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information when required by law, regulation, court order, government authority or regulatory body.

6. Technology Vendors and Webhooks

We may use secure technology tools, email systems, CRM systems, webhook integrations, Zapier/Make-style automation platforms, analytics tools or hosting providers to process and manage enquiries. These tools are used only for lead storage, notification, callback management, reporting and enquiry follow-up.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tracking

This website may use cookies, analytics tags, Google Ads conversion tracking, advertising pixels or similar technologies to understand website performance and measure advertising results.

This website also operates its own first-party, on-site analytics, recording anonymous interaction data such as page views, button clicks (including Call and WhatsApp click intent), project or listing interactions, form-engagement stage, device type and advertising attribution parameters (UTM parameters and GCLID). This on-site analytics data is associated only with a randomly generated, anonymous session identifier and does not include your name, phone number or email address unless and until you separately submit an enquiry form. It is used only to understand and improve website and advertising performance. You can control or disable cookies through browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

When you submit an enquiry, we report that an enquiry was received to the advertising platforms we use, so that they can measure and improve the performance of our ads: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, and OpenAI (ads in ChatGPT), through the OpenAI Ads Conversions API. Each report contains a reference number for the enquiry, the time and page of submission, your IP address and browser type, advertising click or browser identifiers where present (such as fbclid, oppref and Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies), and your phone number, name and email address converted into an irreversible hashed (SHA-256) form, never in readable form. The Meta Pixel also records page visits in your browser. These platforms process this information under their own privacy policies. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings and your Facebook, Instagram or ChatGPT account settings.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect enquiry information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure; do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial or confidential documents through public enquiry forms.

We may retain enquiry information as necessary for enquiry handling, follow-up, business records, legal compliance, dispute resolution and internal reporting.

10. User Rights
