The Greater Noida entry
Hero Homes’ corporate material lists Greater Noida among its upcoming development locations (covering both plotted and apartment formats). In April 2026, Hero Realty acquired an 18,215 sq m (approximately 4.50-acre) plot in Sector MU, Greater Noida, on a 60-metre road, through a GNIDA auction, for a figure reported at around ₹218 crore — the company’s first project in the Greater Noida market.
